Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a pain to go to the counter every time to have it filed down, so sometimes I do it myself. I thought I could file each individual eyebrow, but the tip is a bit hard, so I haven't been able to use it very well. It lasts well.
It blends in smoothly with the skin. If you use it without shaving it off, the color will be similar to that of an Excel pencil. I thought it would be a low-saturation brown, but when I applied it to my skin, it turned out to be a slightly reddish brown. It's the best value for money.
