Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. We only buy from official retailers and directly from the brands here in Japan. Never resellers, never grey market stock.
We are beauty lovers too, so we know the worry, especially with something you are putting on your face. Authenticity is 100% guaranteed by us.
What makes the Hard 9 lead special?
It is the hardest lead in the pencil range, so it draws sharp, fine, hair-like strokes precisely, ideal for defining and shaping any brow.
How long does it last?
It is sweat, sebum, and rub-resistant, with wear that lasts up to 16 hours (brand data; results vary).
What does shade Dusty Rose 16 look like?
Dusty Rose 16 is a soft, muted rose-brown that gives a gentle, on-trend brow color that flatters many hair tones.
How do I get natural-looking brows with it?
Use the angled tip to draw short, fine, hair-like strokes in the direction of your brow hairs, building definition gradually.

I have thin eyebrows, and the impression they give is easily affected by makeup, which has been a problem for me for years, so I picked up this product after reading the reviews. I use it in the morning after applying makeup and lightly wiping it off with a tissue after skincare. The tip may seem hard at first glance, but the color spreads naturally when you touch it to your skin, and it feels like you're drawing each hair one by one. The color is a little clear right after you draw it, but over time it blends in with your eyebrows and settles naturally. It seems like it would be suitable for people who don't want their eyebrows to look like they're drawn.
After watching Professor Helim's video, I decided to buy this for the first time in over a decade! When I used it in the past, I imagined it to have a hard core and that it didn't color my brows well, but that was a good thing, so I used one. When I used it again after a long time, I was surprised that it didn't get any color on the back of my hand, but it went smoothly on my brows! It applies color just right with a light touch, and you can draw fluffy lines like you'd applied powder, and you can draw thin or thick lines, so you can get by with just this one product. It doesn't even erase the tails of your brows! Apparently they can file them down in-store, but I'm worried about whether I can file them down properly like a naginata since there aren't any stores nearby...
It's a pain to go to the counter every time to have it filed down, so sometimes I do it myself. I thought I could file each individual eyebrow, but the tip is a bit hard, so I haven't been able to use it very well. It lasts well.
