Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's easy to write with, but it's expensive! It comes with a refill, so I don't think it's that bad value for money.
I tried out the grey one and it makes my face look sharper, but it's expensive so I'll think twice before buying it.
I'm used to hard formulas, so this ultra-fine type product requires some practice. It's great because you can draw a really thin line and add individual eyebrow hairs where they're missing. However, if you make a mistake, it's hard to fix... Still, if you draw one in the gap in your eyebrow, it looks natural and gives you a beautiful finish in an instant. I use it in combination with a powder eyebrow product.

I use the Jill Stuart Eyebrow Palette, but I bought this to cover the finer details. The tip is very thin and easy to use. It creates natural-looking brows. I feel like it's more of an item to add to something than something to use on its own.
