Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this together with the mist, but the container is very difficult to use. I use a dropper to dispense it, but sometimes it doesn't come out very well, which is stressful. I think a push-type container would be easier to use than a dropper. Also, it's not sticky, but it does leave my skin very shiny. I don't want to stress about my skincare routine, so I don't think I'll be repurchasing this.
I bought this because I was concerned about dry skin. The texture is like a serum or a lotion, and it's not heavy, but it really moisturizes my skin. I love it. I'd like to buy it again.

Thank you so much! Usage: [Milk] It feels even better when used after the mist. I used it on dry areas after the mist. Even a small amount spreads well and I didn't notice any stickiness.
I've been using Mandom's Barrier Repair and Rice Milk since I was 20 years old. I was in a pinch after they were discontinued, but then I found out about Bifesta and bought it. It's really moisturizing. It has no scent, so I feel safe using it. I was looking for something with ceramides and peptides, so I'm happy that it fits my needs. The dropper is a bit tricky to use, so I plan to transfer the contents to a different bottle. I hope it doesn't get discontinued!
I didn't feel any particular emotion from it, and it didn't irritate my skin, so I don't think I'll be buying it again.
