Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like that it can be applied to areas of my face that I'm concerned about. It has a front and back side, and the rough side can be used to gently rub the face to remove dead skin, so it's very useful. It also contains a lot of serum, so it's not a big deal if you spill a little when opening it.

It's round, about 4cm in diameter, with a bumpy surface and a smooth back, so I used it right away before applying makeup. In my case, I took two sheets and wiped my entire skin with the front, then applied the back to my cheeks and used it as a sheet mask for about 5 minutes. After removing it, my skin felt refreshed but moisturized. After that, I applied my serum and my usual skincare routine, and my makeup went on well and didn't come off easily! However, since I wipe it off first, I'm wondering if it's okay to use my usual pre-applied serum first.
I was surprised at how much liquid there was in the container! The pads are also moist with the liquid and don't dry out easily. Unlike full-face masks, you can apply them separately to different areas of your face, which is great. There's no sticky feeling after application, and my face looks shiny. The scent isn't too strong, so it's easy to use anytime. I use it when my skin is rough, I have acne, or I want to feel soothed.
