How to use

On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is probably the only cleansing lotion from Orbis. I had been using Muji's until recently, but it was neither good nor bad, so I decided to try it out since I've been sticking to Orbis for all my skincare needs. It's a cleansing lotion, so it doesn't have any special effects, but I switched to it because I felt it paired well with other Orbis skincare products. It's not as cost-effective as Muji's cleansing lotion, but I feel like my skin is somehow in better condition, so I'll keep using it for a while.
I used up the whole bottle....But I don't really know what it's doing. It doesn't seem to be working on the blackheads or pores around my nose. But my skin feels smooth. It's not rough. Is this what a cleansing lotion is like?
It smells nice and is smooth.
To put it positively, it has a refreshing feeling, but to put it negatively, it feels tingly. However, it doesn't have the same "wiping off" effect as Nature Conk. Shiseido's Eudermine (N) has a more moderate cooling sensation and feels like it wipes off properly. It might be good for touching up makeup in the summer. I won't be repurchasing it.
