Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this as a gift from Suzykirei. Thank you! I was looking for a spot mask to use in the morning, so I tried it right away. It contains cooling ingredients, so I was surprised that it was cooler than I expected. However, I didn't experience any irritation, so I think it can be used by people with sensitive skin. It tightens my pores considerably, making it easier to apply base makeup afterwards. It's not too moisturizing or sticky, so it doesn't affect my makeup, making it incredibly easy to use. On days when I didn't use this mask, I would sweat quickly and worry about my base makeup coming off around my nose and other areas, but it's surprisingly reduced! I knew cooling my skin was important, but I didn't expect such a big difference. It looks like the hot weather will continue for a while, so if you're worried about your makeup coming off in the heat, I recommend giving it a try. The sheets are neither too thick nor too thin, making them easy to use, but peeling off the two overlapping sheets was a bit difficult. Also, while the shape of the container may be unavoidable, I felt like the liquid might dry out inside the container.
The large pads fill the upper part of the face well and are easy to stick to the skin! I noticed that just leaving it on for 5 minutes cooled my skin and made my makeup go on better. It's great for applying makeup in the morning, but it's also great for a quick cooling effect after a bath at night. ♀ I think it will be very useful in this hot summer. I won this as a gift from Suzykirei. Thank you. This sheet is for spot application and cools the skin, making it great for before applying makeup. I'm lazy, so sometimes I find myself wasting time after applying my skincare, but using this makes my skin feel moisturized, just like after a skincare routine. It also cools down the skin, so it's perfect for this season! One thing that could be improved is that it's hard to remove each sheet individually. At first, I thought the pack was thick, but then there were several sheets stacked on top of each other, so it took a while to peel them off individually.
