Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm currently trying out a variety of rinse-in shampoos. This time, I bought the Oshima Tsubaki rinse-in shampoo. It's a light shampoo that doesn't lather well, but it leaves my hair feeling refreshed after washing! The scent is subtle and not too bothersome, and best of all, it keeps my hair manageable. It's also gentle on the scalp. The one I used before was inexpensive and came in a generous amount, which is great for my wallet, but this one feels way better to me! When I apply a lot of wax, it doesn't lather well, so I need to wash it twice, and it runs out quickly, but I want to keep stocking up on it and keep using it. I found this on a page I was casually browsing! I'm glad I found it.
I bought this from a different store. I've used it occasionally for a long time. Recently, I bought a lot of this product again for a trip abroad. I've been using it since my trip. It's a rinse-in shampoo, so it's very useful when I don't have time to wash my hair. I use it every day, and it has made my hair shinier. At first, my hair would sometimes become dry, but after using it several times, that has pretty much disappeared. With prices continuing to rise, it's becoming more difficult to purchase. But I still think Oshima Tsubaki is a great product.
It was great because it made my hair moist and manageable.
