Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because it was recommended on Instagram. It's called a cream, but it has a clear gel-like texture. I wanted to use a different moisturizing cream or balm, so I was considering the serum, but this texture makes it easy to use both. It's incredibly effective at suppressing sebum! I've been using another cream containing azelaic acid and was pretty satisfied with it, but this one is even more effective. It doesn't dry out my skin, and it only seems to suppress excess sebum. It has a unique sweet scent, but it's not unpleasant. The only thing I found a bit odd is that it doesn't spread well. Overall, I'm very satisfied! I plan to repurchase.
A gel containing 15% pure azelaic acid. This product focuses on addressing all skin concerns, including greasiness, makeup breakdown, and rough skin. Azelaic acid is not normally soluble in water, but Lupolem's unique manufacturing process has made it possible to achieve a high concentration. Large azelaic acid molecules run the risk of forming white crystals, reducing their penetration into the skin. Years of research have resulted in azelaic acid that has been refined to about one-fifth the size of other companies' azelaic acid, which prevents white crystallization and penetrates evenly into the stratum corneum. The gel-like texture blends easily into the skin, leaving it refreshing and non-sticky. It is recommended to start using it once every 23 days, and then once a day once your skin has become accustomed to the azelaic acid.
I was concerned about the oily feel. However, this oil did not cause any acne or anything like that, and my skin condition was good. However, it's just a matter of preference for the finish, so I personally don't like the oily feel. There was no tingling sensation that is typical of azelaine, which was good.
I took an appropriate amount and applied it to my skin. It spreads easily and is easy to blend into the skin. I was happy that my skin became moisturized and smooth. It's not sticky and easy to use. It also makes my pores less noticeable, which I love.
