Normally, No. 21 can be too dark for some skin tones, so I bought No. 19 and a slightly whiter version. It doesn't cover blemishes, but if you adjust the amount and apply it, it applies nicely without feeling thick. By applying it thinly, it doesn't cast a white cast and makes your cheeks look one tone brighter, allowing them to stand out. It also blends in over time, so No. 19 was a good choice. It's also great because it doesn't easily break down under a mask or dry out.
