Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this as a gift from Suzykirei! The tip doesn't get too much liquid on it, so it's very easy to apply. I can't comment on the effectiveness yet, so I'll give it 4 stars.

Since turning 45, I've been getting rashes around my eyes from eyelash serums, so I've become more careful when choosing eyelash serums. I bought Fancl because I thought it would be safe to use. I didn't experience any itching, swelling, or stinging, so I was able to use it without worry, but the tip was too big and difficult to apply. Even after using it for a while, I didn't notice any noticeable effects, such as preventing my eyelashes from falling out or growing longer, so it seems like it just wasn't right for me.

I won a trial to participate in a monitor event. It's soft and easy to apply. It doesn't sting my eyes even when it gets in them, so it's easy to continue using. It's been about two weeks, but I haven't noticed any pigmentation. I feel like my hair has grown a little, so I'd like to continue using it.
