头部磨砂膏：使用滋养系列前，请先洗净头发，取约一汤匙本品涂抹于湿润的头皮上。用指腹以打圈的方式轻轻按摩，直至产生少量泡沫。然后用温水彻底冲洗干净，并使用您常用的洗发水、发膜等产品。建议每周使用最多两次。*泡沫的多少可能因所使用的洗护产品类型而异。修护洗发水：涂抹于湿润的头发和头皮上，用指腹揉搓起泡并按摩，然后彻底冲洗干净。修护发膜：【作为护理】洗发后涂抹于干净湿润的头发上，按摩至发梢，然后冲洗干净。【作为发膜】洗发后涂抹于干净湿润的头发上，用毛巾包裹，停留约10分钟，然后冲洗干净。【乳霜】涂抹于干净干燥的头发上。
After using it, the shampoo produced a surprising amount of lather! There was a clear difference. My hair felt smooth after drying, and my scalp felt refreshed. I had been interested in this product, but was hesitant to buy it due to the price. However, considering how often I use it and how much I use, it doesn't bother me. One thing that bothers me is that I feel like my hair is breaking more often... It may be because I have fine, fine hair. I use it gently, but it may just be how I'm using it. I just need to master it...
The scrub is soft, so it doesn't hurt when you use it, and it has a soothing, elegant geranium scent. It also lathers up nicely when you shampoo afterwards!

I use the mint scent in the summer and this one in the winter. It has a nice scent and makes the shampoo lather better.
My scalp gets oily and the smell can be bothersome within a day... I previously tried SABON's head scrub and liked it, but the price made it difficult to continue using it. Recently, however, I started to notice the smell again, so I bought this one, which is more cost-effective than the tube type I used before! It really is refreshing and clean! It also leaves my hair smooth and moisturized, reducing dryness. When I go to the salon, I usually choose treatments that cost around 3,000 yen, but I realized that saving that money for this is more cost-effective and will also help maintain my hair's condition. It also completely removes the oiliness from my scalp on the day, but this time, it was lighter than usual the next day, although it still bothers me a little. If I continue to use it once or twice a week, the smell will become less of a concern, so I plan to continue using it. I think the amount will last about three months if I use it once or twice a week. I prefer the mint scent because it has a refreshing feel, but I chose this one because I thought it would be cooler in the winter. It's a matter of personal preference. I think I'll buy the mint scent in the summer.
