Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was attracted by the adorable goat on the packaging. Leivy Goat Milk Shampoo's revamped formula immediately purchased. It's a massive 750ml! It's plenty for everyday use! ■Scent: It's unique. According to the official website, "It's an enchanting and mysterious fragrance blended with 19 fruits, flowers, and herbs." It certainly is mysterious. It's a complex, delightful fragrance that's hard to describe! ■Usage: I have semi-long, coarse, and thick hair. I used three generous pumps. The dense foam thoroughly cleanses. The amino acid formula leaves hair feeling gentle. It's silicone-free, so why doesn't it feel rough? It's a mystery! I only need one pump of conditioner, then rinse thoroughly. That's all it takes to leave my hair feeling smooth and silky! Even though it's silicone-free, it often makes my hair rough and coarse, so I didn't like it and thought it wouldn't suit my hair type, but this one is surprisingly smooth and manageable! I recommend it.
