Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's better than I expected, and I'm amazed and impressed. I use it after towel drying before using a hair dryer. It leaves my hair soft and smooth, and moisturized. It runs smoothly through my fingers and isn't sticky at all. The products I've used before weren't bad, but this one is completely different. It also has a Guerlain scent that I love.
It leaves a faint, sweet scent. I have curly hair that tends to get frizzy, but after putting this on at night and sleeping, I wake up in the morning and my hair feels calm and moisturized. I can't live without it.

When I first bought it, it felt heavy and I didn't think it was that great, but when I used it after bleaching, it moisturized and calmed the dry ends of my hair, which was great. Maybe it's better for damaged hair than normal hair?
It has a sweet Abeille Royale scent that reminds me of honey, but the scent doesn't last long. I use it after bathing. I like how it makes my hair very manageable after drying.
