Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I won a giveaway from Suzykirei and here are my impressions after using it. I think it's perfect for me as I have thin, soft hair. It made my hair, which tends to tangle, smooth and easy to comb through. Personally, it's not overly moisturizing, but rather has a smooth, moisturizing feel that's just right (can you tell?). Above all, I really liked the scent. It's citrusy, organic, and soapy...it's very similar to the scent of Au Paradis' Fleur. I'd definitely like to buy it again.
First of all, I really liked the soapy scent! It also lathers well, is easy to wash with, and leaves my hair feeling moisturized. The treatment also doesn't have that typical silicone feeling at all, and it left my hair feeling moisturized after rinsing. My hair tends to get frizzy after drying with a hair dryer, but this product kept it moisturized even after drying. I definitely want to buy this product again.
I used the shampoo and treatment set! The scent is a soft, pleasant scent of Shima Soap that isn't too strong. The shampoo gently cleanses with amino acids and leaves the scalp feeling refreshed. It lathers well! Using the treatment together makes my hair even smoother. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I feel like my hair has more volume and strength!
The shampoo left my hair feeling refreshed and cleansed, and I felt like it thoroughly cleansed my scalp. The treatment has a soft texture and is easy to absorb into my hair, as it contains amino acids, so it feels like it delivers nutrients. My hair is heavy, especially the ends, and it's difficult for the treatment to penetrate, but this treatment absorbed into my hair easily. I was very happy that it was still smooth even after rinsing.
The shampoo lathered well and I felt like it cleansed my hair thoroughly. My hair is naturally dry, but after the treatment, it felt moisturized and manageable.
