Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this for the first time the other day, and it was so good I bought a second one! I have dark hair and I didn't like having dark eyebrows, but this really helps to make my eyebrows less noticeable! I think the color will look better if you layer it with other eyebrow products, but I'm a little scared of layering them, so I often use this on its own. It really does a great job of making my eyebrows less noticeable.
I like to draw my eyebrows in well, but I don't want them to be too bold, so I bought this. After using this and applying eyebrow mascara, my eyebrows looked less dark and softer than usual! I'll keep using it and see how it goes.
