Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I purchased the pouch. I have thick, voluminous hair that's shoulder-length and prone to frizz. I haven't dyed it in years. I've tried ylang-ylang, freesia, and pink chanters, and this one left the most moisturized hair. I felt it was a little heavy for my hair type. The lather was excellent, just like other Kundal chanters. The scent was a nostalgic one, and I wasn't a big fan. Considering the finish and scent, I personally preferred ylang-ylang.
This was my first time using Kundal Chantri! I have thin hair, so I was impressed with how it left my hair feeling soft and smooth! The scent lasts a long time, too! It's a lovely scent that's not too strong!
I didn't like the scent. The feel was neither good nor bad. The shampoo was rough, but the treatment left my hair feeling smooth. The next day, my thin, curly hair was frizzy and frizzy.
I did feel a bit dry after letting it dry a little, but it didn't bother me that much so I gave it 4 stars.
