Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it after seeing Korean idols using it. It was about 2,000 yen on Qoo10. It was my first time using a vegan cleansing balm. It has a slightly sweet scent. The texture is thick, but if you warm it up a little with the warmth of your hands, it melts quickly and becomes like cleansing milk. I used it on a full makeup day off, and it removed mascara well. My skin didn't feel tight after washing, and in fact it felt soft and supple. I can see why idols love it. It also comes with a spatula, so it's hygienic.
