Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The hydrangea scent in the limited edition set was really nice. It made my hair smooth.
I've bought Plus Au's LiPoa many times, but I was attracted to the limited edition hydrangea scent and bought it. I don't really know what the hydrangea scent is, but it has a distinct floral rather than sweet feel that's different from LiPoa, and it gives off a clean impression. As for the feel, my hair is thin, curly, and fine, with more damage on the outside than the inside, but it feels lighter than LiPoa and leaves my hair smoother. LiPoa has just the right weight, so it keeps my hair from frizzing easily, while leaving it moisturized and smooth. I thought it might be a good idea to use LiPoa in the winter and this one in the summer, but since it's a limited edition, it's hard to say whether I'll be able to buy it again.
