How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The texture is easy to absorb into the skin, and it leaves it feeling moisturized without any tightness after washing. I've been using cleansers that have been too strong up until now, so this is easy to use.
I love oil cleansers and use them often, but this one doesn't require emulsification, so I was intrigued and bought it on Beauty Day at the end of last year! Not only is it easy to use without the need for emulsification, but I also love that it removes makeup without having to touch my face much! It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing, either.
I saw it featured on YouTube and was intrigued, so I went to a physical store to try it out. I put lipstick on the back of my hand and then poured the oil on top, and the makeup rose to the surface. I was so impressed that it really does remove makeup without rubbing that I bought it. When I actually used it, I put the oil on my face, and then just gently pressed my fingertips on my palms and other small areas a few times, and the makeup floated away. It removed makeup without rubbing or friction, without putting any strain on my skin! I didn't use it on mascara, so I can't say for sure, but it was enough to remove eyeshadow and eyeliner.
