Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a heavy texture and strong color. It didn't cause any peeling, but it did dry out my lips, so it was good to use it in combination with lip oil.
It absorbed quickly and the color lasted well. I did notice a bit of dryness.
As the #1 most popular long-lasting product, it doesn't transfer color even after application and drying, even when wiped with a tissue. If you apply too much or only the wet areas stain the tissue, the color is light, but it gets darker with layering. The brush-type design limits application, making it a little tricky, but perhaps it's easier to adjust once you get used to it. It doesn't feel moisturizing, but it's not drying either. The scent during application is grape gum for 04 and strawberry gum for 09. It doesn't bother me much after application. I applied cleanser and scrubbed. "Oh no... this might not come off..." I thought, but after emulsifying it, it was almost completely gone, and washing it off with face wash removed it completely. I applied it in the morning and it was completely gone by the evening, so rather than focusing on long-lasting makeup, I definitely recommend it for those who are concerned about cup transfer or cigarette filter transfer. I bought 04 and loved it so much that I immediately purchased 09. I'm hoping to get another shade.
I was surprised at how smooth it was. It feels like it soaks into your lips. It makes you feel like your lips were already that color. It dries quickly, and once it's dry, the color doesn't stick even when you press it with a tissue. I bought it after getting a touch-up at the Clarins store. However, it doesn't have any shine on its own, so I think it would be more glamorous to apply a Clarins oil lipstick or a gloss. I think it would look cute with just this on if you're not wearing makeup.
I bought it hoping it wouldn't come off, but it did come off just fine. And it only left the outline...
