Be careful when choosing your shade! My skin tone is light, leaning towards pink. (I use Make Up For Ever's HD Foundation 1N00.) I first purchased and used S400 Precious Latte. However, I felt like it lacked definition and made my skin look too red, which didn't quite suit me. Then, during a makeup lesson, someone pointed out to me that "this shade is too orange," so I used MAC Coquette as a shader. I realized that even if it's this dark (or dark), I just need to adjust the amount I apply! So I purchased S430 Marvelous Peanut, which has a less reddish, more grayish hue. When I tried it, S430 blended in more naturally and didn't look out of place compared to S400. It creates a three-dimensional effect even when applied thinly, making it my favorite shade. I prefer heavy makeup, so I also like the ability to create bold, defined shadows. I've been struggling with shading, but I think I'll be able to settle in for a while. I recommend choosing a shade based on your preferences and skin tone, especially for cool-toned and very light-skinned people.
The moist powder blends in perfectly and doesn't dry out the skin. I'm very satisfied with the color payoff and longevity.
I used this as a shading shade during the summer of last year. It gives a subtle, natural shading effect on skin that's 2-3 shades darker than the standard shade. The powder has a great texture and lasts well, and it wasn't too expensive for a department store brand. It's still a pretty steep price tag, but... it does have a slight reddish undertone, so I think it would look more natural on slightly tanned skin. It's one shade I'd like to use again.
I bought this after watching a video by Sykmakeup. I use it as nose shadow and eyelid shadow, and also use the large brush to shade the sides of my eyes. It blends well with semi-matt liquid foundation, allowing it to blend in naturally.
I bought it after seeing it featured on YouTube. I've used ADDICTION's 006M shade 4-5 times, but I felt it made my face look a little too flushed when I used it on my face line. This shade also has a reddish tint, and while it's not the popular gray shade, it's closer to my skin tone, so I found it easy to blend in and use. The powder is very fine and has good color payoff, so you can use it with a brush to apply it to your hairline, face line, eyebrows, and as eyeshadow. ADDICTION is 2.8g and costs 3,300 yen, so MUF is slightly better value for money. I plan to buy it again when I run out.
