Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This was my first time trying PDRN, and I bought the lotion and ampoule! It has a thick texture, but it absorbs quickly and isn't sticky. I'm still prone to acne, so I'll update again if I notice any changes!

I also use it on my body. It's thick and easy to use.
I haven't been using it for long so I'm not sure yet, but after using the ginger, my skin feels incredibly soft and supple. I haven't noticed any improvement in acne or whitening so far, so I think it might be because it's specifically for moisturizing.
