Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The subtle, powdery, milky scent is not too strong and makes me feel gentle. It's a little cheaper than other liquid products that the whole family can use, so I've used it a few times. It's a thick, white liquid, and the recommended amount isn't quite enough, so I add a little more. It's better than nothing, but it's not so bad that my skin gets dry and flaky without it. I guess I'll just use it, just in case. My hands and feet get so dry that they flake even in the summer, and my back is sticky. While the moisturizing effect on my back is just right, my hands and feet get dry as usual, so I think it might not be moisturizing enough for people with very dry skin.

I found Sofre Mild Me not moisturizing enough, so I bought this. It's very thick and feels great. I bought it without a sample of the scent, but it wasn't too powdery and was just fine.
