Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's neither good nor bad. However, even though it's a clay shampoo, it doesn't dry out my scalp, so it's good. I haven't had any skin problems so far, so I think it's good, but it's quite expensive, so I don't think I'll buy it again... and by the way, I have dry skin.
Predia's soothing scent and the moisturizing feeling after washing are both wonderful. It thoroughly cleanses the scalp without leaving hair feeling rough. It may seem like a simple shampoo at first glance, but the formula is surprisingly impressive. It also keeps my hair tangle-free while rinsing, which is great. I'm buying it again.
I love shampoo, so I think it definitely has a refreshing feeling and cleansing power! It washes off hair well and is not too rough, so not feeling slimy is my top priority, so it's perfect. I like the texture, but it's more expensive than what I usually buy from iHerb, so I might not buy it again. If you're a shampoo lover, I think it's worth trying!
I bought this to reset the nutrients in my hair. It smells nice and it also reduces scalp itchiness.
