Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

A sales associate at Oriyang in Busan asked me if I could recommend it, and so I decided to buy it. (The cushion was on a lower shelf, out of sight.) I knew about Kosnori through makeup artist George, and I'd always wanted to try it, so this was a dream come true. What's more, I was surprised it only came with one product and one refill. I didn't bring any foundation with me, so I'll be using it in Japan, where the humidity is high. I'm also impressed that the case doesn't get dirty at all. Has this product been used before? It leaves your skin feeling perfectly even, even without any noticeable wear. It doesn't twist, so there's no need to style with a separate sponge.
