Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It didn't have any particular features and I didn't know what the effects were.
I usually use a lotion or sheet mask and emulsion or all-in-one gel, and as I'm getting older I wanted to try a serum, so I bought this. My skin is naturally fair, so I didn't notice any translucency, but I did notice a slight refinement of the skin texture. My skin feels a little smoother. It did sting a little when I had acne-like scars, but it didn't irritate my skin and was pleasant to use, so I think I'll repurchase.
I bought it because I was attracted by the words "firmness, elasticity, skin texture, and anti-aging care." I use it during my nighttime skincare routine. It has a thick texture, but it's not as sticky as I thought it would be. There's almost no scent. My skin feels plump the next morning.
I bought it because the color was cute, but I'm not sure about the effectiveness, so I might update later.
I've only just started using it, but I like how it spreads easily and isn't sticky.
