Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I found this in a gift set, so I bought the trial set. First of all, I'm hesitant to apply it after my winter skincare routine (lotion → serum → thick cream). It's an eye cream, so it's to be expected, but it's a gel with a really thick layer. Maybe I'm just applying too much? I didn't notice any firmness or lightness around my eyes the next morning, so I thought a face cream would be enough. I wonder if it'll be a bit more comfortable to use after spring? Since there's no thick cream. I'd like to update my review if I can start again and use it again o(^-^)o
If you apply it too thickly, it dries and is ineffective. I used the mini size kit.
