Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this as a treat for myself. I wanted to casually lift my spirits when washing my hands... It's strong. I had previously used Jill's hand cream as a gift, so I knew what it smelled like. It has a floral feel. Also, compared to regular products, the scent lingers on the hands quite a bit. I think people who are sensitive to fragrances should actually check the scent. I feel like it doesn't lather very well. My hands feel a little moisturized after washing. Personally, I've always liked the scent, so I'm happy to be able to use it as hand soap♪

It lathers well and I love the scent more than anything. It's also popular with guests.
Smells good
It has the usual Jill Stuart white floral scent, which is very pleasant. It doesn't remove too much sebum, so it's fine even if you wash your hands at home several times a day. The scent lingers on your hands, which is great because it's a scent I like.
