Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My hair smells great every day. The scent is intoxicating and my hair is smooth. Just that alone lifts my spirits every day. I come home tired and exhausted, but my hair smells great and it's a treatment I want to continue using.
It has a nice scent and is moisturizing. Perhaps due to the design of the cap, it tends to fall over when you stand it up.
I bought this as a treat for myself! The feminine, gorgeous floral scent was soothing during bath time. I was hoping to get excited about the scent and packaging, so honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the finish, but the finish was better than I expected, and my hair looked beautiful, so I'm happy (*^^*) Of course, when you're looking for a finish or care effect, salon-exclusive products are better, but I'm looking forward to using Jill's cute cosmetics, and the finish is great value for money and experience!
First of all, the scent is soothing and it leaves your hair feeling smooth after washing. I don't use it every day, but about once or twice a week. I let it soak in after shampooing, leave it for about five minutes, then rinse it off.
It's expensive, but it smells nice and seems good for your hair. I wonder if I'll buy it again... I don't think so.
