Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I didn't really like the previous Dior face wash, so I only used it once, but I heard it had been renewed, so I gave it a try. It's even better than before! It's creamier, and the scent and feel, which I didn't like, seem to have improved. My skin doesn't feel too tight or stiff after washing. I gave it as a gift to a friend, and she was delighted.
I'm buying this again. It lathers up nicely even with a small amount, so it's good value for money. It's smooth to use and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, so I think I'll be using this product for a while.

I received a sample some time ago and the scent was so good that I decided to buy the full product. It leaves your face feeling slightly refreshed after washing. The scent lingers even after washing, so it's perfect for someone like me who loves Dior scents. It's a large size, so I think it's not bad value for money. I'll definitely be buying it again!
