Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I mix two types of serums with ADC Double Serum and use it. It's very moisturizing and spreads easily. No irritation.

It has no lid, and you turn the dial to push it out. This is a great feature for people who tend to lose the lid. If you use the maximum amount, it runs out quickly. It's recommended to use it when you've turned it about 5mm. So, I'm using it exactly as instructed. I was instructed to put it into both hands, warm it up in the palms of my hands, and then massage it into every corner of my face with my hands. I'm impressed by the texture, which isn't sticky despite being an oil serum, and doesn't interfere with the next step! It also balances the oil and moisture in my skin. As instructed, my skin feels toned the day after application. I've only been using it for a few days, so I'm looking forward to seeing how my skin develops. It has a honey-like scent, which may not be your cup of tea.
