Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was intrigued by the non-peeling formula and bought it. It doesn't irritate my skin at all and is very comfortable to wear. I initially applied it with a cotton ball, but now I apply it by hand as recommended by the manufacturer. A 500 yen coin-sized amount is enough to moisturize my skin, but I still apply more lotion. My pores around my nose have also plumped up and are less noticeable.
◆Reason for buying: I already love Dr. 365's emulsion, and when I tried the sample that came with it, I liked it so much that I bought it. ◆Feel: It has a slightly thick texture. It penetrates well and doesn't feel sticky, yet leaves a deep feeling of moisture. It's hypoallergenic and has a subtle lemon-like citrus scent. The square packaging doesn't take up much space, making it easy to store, and as a minimalist, I appreciate the design.

I have skin concerns such as pores, roughness, and acne. This product is moisturizing and has a nice scent, so it's soothing. I use it when I'm concerned about roughness or when my skin gets rough around my period. I also use other products, but this one was the most effective of all the gentle peeling products I've used, so I bought some more to stock up, even though I still have a little left!
