Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a thick serum that absorbs quickly and easily onto the skin. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized and soft without any stickiness. I can even use my smartphone right after use without feeling sticky, so I highly recommend it. The subtle herbal scent is also soothing.
After applying this serum, I applied hand cream and put on gloves before going to bed, and my hands were smooth the next day. I would like to use it again.
Just apply it to dry hands and it will replenish moisture. The hand cream you apply afterwards will also be absorbed nicely.
I bought the 2026 New Year's Kit! It was a luxurious kit that included a hair oil I'd been wanting to try, a hand serum, and my favorite beauty serum. Of the products, this hand serum is particularly satisfying and easy to use. It absorbs quickly and doesn't feel sticky. I've only just started using it, so I can't really tell you the exact effect, but applying it before applying hand cream makes my hands feel plumper and more supple.
On days when my hands are really dry, I apply this serum, then top it off with unscented hand cream before going to bed! I was so impressed that my hands were moisturized again the next morning.
