Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a thick, opaque texture, but it's not sticky and blends well with the skin. It has no scent or irritation, so it's comfortable to wear. I've been using it morning and night for a few weeks, and while it does seem to make my skin plumper and smoother, I felt like the whitening effect wasn't quite there, so now I only use it in the morning, and at night I use another product with a stronger whitening effect. It's comfortable to wear and leaves my skin feeling great, so I think I'll repurchase it in combination with other products once this one runs out.

I received this as a gift from Suzykirei, so thank you. This is my first time using FANCL's lotion, and I was excited to try it because of the good reviews. It's a slightly thick lotion. My skin gets extremely dry during the cold season, and depending on my physical condition, it can get irritated or rough, but I've been using this without any problems. Even when I wake up, I feel somehow more moisturized than usual. I'll use one bottle before deciding whether to repurchase.
