Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The serum was carefully packaged in a sturdy box, with a transparent cap around the dropper, making it a delight to receive with such care. The bottle also has a high-quality feel. Its capacity is 18mL. The serum inside is clear, and when I first touched it, I was amazed at how it felt to use. It has a rich, oily texture, and when I spread it on my skin, it gave off a gentle warmth and a soothing sensation! I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow..." It was so amazing, it felt like I was getting a beauty treatment. Despite the oily texture, it blends well with my skin without feeling too heavy, and the moisturizing feel is truly wonderful. With continued use, I felt like my skin's texture was improving, and it even had a radiant glow. This is a serum I would recommend especially for mature skin.
It was hypoallergenic and easy to use
The moment you apply it to your skin, you feel a gentle warmth. Vitamin C serums tend to leave a sticky feeling, but this product doesn't, and it absorbs smoothly into your skin, which is great. I'm concerned about my pores, so I'll use all 12 packets and see how it goes!
