How to use
请按A、B、C、D的顺序使用。A：取适量眉粉于宽刷上，从内眼角至鼻翼两侧轻轻晕染整个眉毛。B：取适量眉粉于细刷上，用力勾勒眉尾。C：取适量眉粉于宽刷上，从眉峰至内眼角晕染。D：若要打造柔和妆效，取适量眉粉于宽刷上，从内眼角开始轻轻晕染整个眉毛。可根据发色混合不同颜色。D色号含有细腻的珠光，也可用于提亮。如果刷子脏了，请用温水稀释少量温和的清洁剂，摇晃刷子，彻底冲洗干净，修剪刷毛，并在阴凉处完全晾干后再使用。使用后，请用纸巾或其他类似物品擦拭刷子，然后放回容器中。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this again because the length of the included brush and the texture of the bristles make it easy to use. I have two, one in pink and one in brown, and they both have a strong pigmentation, so I can easily change the look I want. The color lasts for about an average amount. I think that's the same for all affordable eyebrow powders.
I bought the pink one. The color is great. The beige-ish color is perfect for blurring the bridge of my nose, and even when I don't want pink eyebrows, this eyebrow powder is handy for me as I have light blonde hair.
The brush is easy to use! I've been using Kate for a while, and this one had good reviews, so I bought it to try it out, but I think I'll switch to this one. It may depend on how you use it, but the color applies well and seems to last less than Kate.
I've been using Excel eyebrow pencils for years, but I was curious about their powder eyebrows and bought this one. As a lazy person who only does quick makeup and just wants to draw my brows, powder eyebrows were a big hurdle. I see, they're not really for lazy people. The included tip is easy to use, and the packaging is easy to follow, even for beginners. While I was able to apply my eyebrows without as much trouble as I'd expected, I found myself thinking, "If I used a pencil eyebrow pencil, I'd have finished both brows in the time it took to draw one." By carefully drawing them and then lightly applying the lightest powder at the bottom, I got a "grayish black brow," but the color only softened a little in comparison. Without the comparison, they just looked like black brows. So, I came to the lazy conclusion that Persil + Eyebrow Mascara was the best. While the fluffy effect wasn't as noticeable for people with thick, dense eyebrows, I appreciated its ease of use and portable size.
I usually draw my brows with an eyebrow pencil and then apply eyebrow mascara, but I wanted to try using eyebrow powder every once in a while, so I bought this. I was a little worried about whether I'd be able to use all four colors properly, but when I followed the instructions on the packaging, the colors were soft and gave me soft, flowing brows. Not only does it come in four colors, but the brush that comes with it has different bristles on both ends, making it easy to apply and draw in different shades.
