Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

When I purchased this product from Suzykirei, I also received a 50ml bottle of Sarupuru. Thank you! m(_ _)m Since it doesn't require face wash, I used it this morning. It smells like rose. I soaked a cotton pad in it and wiped it off, and it didn't sting or dry my skin. After wiping, my skin felt moisturized but not oily. (^^) After that, I continued my usual skincare routine and had no issues. It's a very convenient item, so I think it's great that it can be adapted to fit a variety of people's lifestyles. My mother, who can't move freely, can use it as a face wash and it also takes care of her face, so it's a wonderful item. At 4,290 yen for 200ml, I personally think it would be nice if it were a more affordable price so I could repurchase it.
I've been buying this product since before the renewal. I use it in the morning to wipe off makeup and when applying light makeup. It's easy to use and doesn't leave my skin feeling sticky or dry after wiping. I really like the rose scent.
Thank you for the sample mini bottle I received from Suzykirei shopping. It can be used for both cleansing and in the morning. It has a soft rose scent. I use it as a wipe instead of washing my face in the morning. It feels good on the skin and doesn't irritate or dry out my skin, which is nice. Considering the price and the volume, I'm a little hesitant to buy it.
I like the scent of this series and it's easy to use.
