Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
The color is neither too heavy nor too light, and is an exquisite shade. Recommended for when you want to naturally tighten your eyes. The separately sold case has a magnetic attachment, which is good, but if it were a little cheaper it would be even better.
I use two matte shades for work. When I want a little sparkle, I use 14. I've avoided pinks because they tend to make my eyes look puffy, but 05 doesn't make my eyes look puffy, blends in, and makes my eyes look brighter and prettier. It pairs perfectly with 01. 14 is a brown with a hint of gray, making it very easy to use. It's not too flashy, so it's easy to wear on a daily basis.
I bought it after being recommended to use it on my eyebrows during a makeup lesson, but I was concerned that using it alone gave it a dark finish and that the color didn't last very long.
I bought this after watching Kaori Nagai's YouTube video, wanting to layer a greige over pink eyeshadow! It's greige, but I felt it had a translucent finish and the depth and lightness were just right! The powder is also moist and easy to use!
