How to use
洗发前，请先将头皮和头发彻底打湿，然后取适量洗发泡沫于掌心，揉搓至整个头发上，再进行清洗。之后彻底冲洗干净。请勿在泵头直接接触水时按压。摇晃或倾斜容器会导致泡沫无法挤出或难以按压泵头。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It comes out as foam, so it's easy to use. Even my kids enjoy using it by pushing it themselves. Merit gives me peace of mind.
I've been using this since my baby was a baby. It doesn't cause any skin problems and comes out as foam, so it's easy to use and I plan to continue buying it.
Adults sometimes use it too, but it tangles so you need to use an after-bath treatment. It's a foam type, so the cost performance isn't great.
I'm buying this again for my kids. The hold and ease of use are a bit off for adults, but it's very easy for my kids to wash off by themselves, so I think I'll keep using it until they get older. Even though it's for kids, I don't recommend it for those who are worried about their hair getting tangled. Also, it's surprisingly expensive.
