Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this during Beauty Day. The herbal wood scent is soothing and lovely. It's a foaming hand soap, so it's easy to use. The brown bottle is also nice. I plan to buy a refill when it runs out.
I bought this because it smells similar to a certain brand. I'm not sure if it's the same, but it smells nice. However, I wonder if a hand soap needs that much of a scent...? More than that, I like how the pump foams like a cream.
I used to use the Muji brand, which is famous for being similar to Iso○p, but I started using this one more often due to unstable stock and the fact that the pump itself isn't particularly cute. I've also used Iso○p, but this one is more affordable, has stable stock, and feels good to use, so I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice-smelling hand soap! The foam is fluffy and it's easy to use, so I like it ^_^
