How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

As someone with dry skin, I wear this mask in addition to my usual basic makeup routine when I have an important date, a concert, or a date to meet up with friends. The mask contains a moisturizing lotion, and after I remove the mask, I spread any remaining lotion on my neck and décolleté to let it soak in. I have atopic, sensitive, and dry skin, but even using a mask doesn't do anything, so I recommend that anyone who is worried about this try it out. The one drawback is that it's not sold in drugstores. I wish it was sold in all drugstores.
I usually use budget products, but this time I bought it hoping for something a little more premium. However, the sheet didn't adhere well, and I felt that the moisturizing effect wasn't enough. Opinions will likely vary depending on your preferences and skin type.
It's affordable and easy to use. I've been using it for a long time, and it's great that it can be used even as you get older.
I use it every morning after washing my face. It's a large mask that covers my face well. The sheet is a little thin, but it's soaked with liquid and feels moisturizing. I was worried that it might evaporate because it doesn't snap shut, but I was able to use it to the very end and it stayed moisturizing. It's easy to use because it's not soaked that it drips. I've never bought it before because it was a little expensive, but I'm switching over. Personally, I like the fact that it stays moisturizing until the very end and that it can be purchased at a drugstore.
