Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was looking for a lip product that wasn't a tint, was comfortable to wear, and didn't dry out my lips. I usually have to apply Vaseline regularly or my lips will peel, but this one doesn't dry out my lips at all after application. I have sensitive lips, but the plumping effect is mild, so it wasn't a problem. It's a great product that can be used comfortably, just like skincare.
I used it on my chapped lips without any problems! In fact, it actually improved my chapped lips! Lol I use it daily. A small amount is enough for a natural look, and if you layer it up, the color really comes out. I'm glad I bought it!
The moisture lasts! I don't like sticky things, but this isn't too sticky, doesn't come off easily, and seems to have good color retention considering it's not a tint. If I had to point out a minor issue, it would be that when you apply it and the gloss part comes out, the contents tend to drip... Other than that, I love it.
I was surprised that this lip serum was even better than I expected. I reapply it every time I go to the bathroom at work. It leaves a refreshing feeling after application, and my lips feel moisturized. I recommend it so much that I want to give it to my friends as a gift.
I bought it because I was attracted to the idea that it would also provide lip care and give my lips a glossy, healthy glow. It certainly doesn't dry out my lips, and it's a healthy red color. However, it's difficult to apply with a lipstick, and my fingers get dirty when I spread it with my fingers. Given the texture, it doesn't last that long, so I feel like it's a little different from what I had hoped for.
