Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is okay. When I used it, it left my hair smooth and manageable. It was easy to run through my hair, so it was very comfortable after I got out of the bath!
My hair is moisturized, smooth, and shiny. However, I didn't like the scent, so I won't be repurchasing it.
I use the entire line, including shampoo, treatment, and hair oil. In the bath, after shampooing, I apply the treatment to my hair, put on a shower cap to steam it, and then rinse thoroughly. After that, I apply it mainly to the ends of my hair, wash my face and body, or use it in the bath, and then rinse thoroughly. When I dry my hair thoroughly with a hair dryer, it becomes bouncy and shiny. Being surrounded by smooth, shiny, and fluffy scents feels great and improves my mood. The scent is what I love most about this series. I plan to continue purchasing it as long as it is not discontinued, and I would also like to try out many other products from this line and the same manufacturer!!!
