Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent, smoothness after drying, and taming of frizz make it perfect for everyday use, and the cost-effectiveness are also great. The oil has a very smooth texture, so I was unsure how much to use, but if it wasn't enough, I could just add more oil, so it was easy to use for me. The scent is the same gorgeous floral as the shampoo, but it's not too strong, so it doesn't clash with shampoos from other manufacturers. As for color care, since it's not guaranteed to prevent color fading, I thought that UV protection and hair care that doesn't lead to damage might also be necessary in addition to oil care.
