I was looking for a concealer to cover dark circles under my eyes, and this one was recommended to me. The beauty advisor recommended 201 and 203, which didn't really make my dark circles stand out and were based on my skin tone. 201 (lighter, Light) brightens the under-eye area and reduces the dark circles, while 203 (darker than 201, Light) covers them. My skin tone is Credo Ochre 00 and Essence Skin Glow 140. After comparing the two, I preferred 203, which actually reduces the appearance of dark circles, so I chose this one. I had never used concealer before, but I was able to easily cover them by applying a small amount to the included brush and dabbing it over my dark circles. The trick, she said, is to apply a little at a time, not too much at once, and adjust the amount accordingly. (Applying a little at a time with the brush creates a more natural finish.) I also had the impression that stick-type concealers tend to be dry, but I was surprised at how moisturizing they were. While some of the concealer came off while wearing a mask, it stayed on beautifully all day without creasing or dryness. Now I want 201 as a highlighter.

I saw a makeup artist on YouTube using it as both a highlighter and foundation, which led me to buy it. It's not too hard, but rather soft, so it's easy to use. It's not drying, either. However, it may not be suitable for covering dark blemishes. The color lasted well.

I've been using the pre-renewal concealer to touch up my makeup, and recently purchased this one. I've been using other concealers, but this one is excellent. It adheres perfectly to the skin. It doesn't take up much space in my purse, and I plan to continue using it.
