Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample ^ ^ I lathered it up in a net, and the foam was incredibly dense! I've used a variety of facial cleansers by lathering them up in a net, but this one feels the most amazing to me. The texture is so fine. The density. And it doesn't go flat at all. My face feels soft and smooth even after washing it, and it doesn't feel tight ^ ^ This time it was just a sample, but I plan to continue using it ^ ^
I received this as a gift from Suzykirei. I liked the foam, but this is great too! The texture and adhesion were great during and after washing. My skin is a little dry, but it didn't feel tight and it was moisturized. It felt great! I want to continue using it! Thank you very much.
I liked the sample so I bought the full product. When I used the foaming net, it created a very fluffy, fine, and dense lather. It wasn't as good as my usual Orbis U. I don't really like the slightly sweet scent that I use regularly. I left this in the bathroom in early autumn, and for some reason, ants started coming in to it several times. I've used a variety of facial cleansers and scrubs, but this is the first time I've ever had ants come in to it.
I used a sample. It lathers well and has a rich, dense lather that feels great when you wash with it. It has no unpleasant smell and is easy to use.
