Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

When the tingling sensations that are so common in winter start, I want to find something gentle for sensitive skin. I tried Avène from Drugstore Cosmetics for the first time in a while! It's gentle and moisturizing, but not sticky. It's a gentle lotion that doesn't tingle... but!! I find the scent to be quite strong. It can be used on sensitive skin, but the scent is quite strong, so if you buy it thinking it's for sensitive skin, you'll be left wondering, "What?!" It feels so good to use...
I started to feel dryness due to the season and heating, so I bought this. The feel and moisturizing power are great, but the unique scent bothers me, so I took a few stars off...
Also, the volume has changed... In March 2025, the specifications were changed from 300ml to 200ml. The feel hasn't changed, but the smell has gotten stronger. This is a serious problem considering that the product is advertised as "for sensitive skin." Those who are sensitive to fragrances should be careful. I've been using Avene for many years, and I'm very disappointed with this renewal.

The salesperson also used the Avène series and said it wasn't enough for winter, but I wanted something gentle and gentle on my skin, so I bought it. I started using it in the early spring, when it was still cold. My skin was still dry, but I didn't get any acne, my skin texture improved, and it started to look more radiant. It wasn't an instant fix, and it didn't make me look younger than I was, but it feels like my skin is returning to its natural state. I think it's a great product for tired skin.
