Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the sample set. It lathers well, but my skin starts to feel rough while I'm washing, and it still feels rough after rinsing. The scent is herb-like with hints of tangerine and ginger, so it's likely to be a matter of personal preference.
I love using it when traveling or at the public bath because it allows me to wash my hair and whole body at once, saves time, smells great, and reduces the amount of stuff I need to carry. It makes my hair a little dry, so I think it's a good idea to follow up with an after-bath treatment. In terms of total weight, it's not much different from carrying around a mini-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, but it simplifies the preparation, carrying, and process. It's surprisingly hard to find a body soap. And since I love essential oil scents, this is perfect. I keep some on hand, but I hope it never runs out.
I used the sample pouch (one serving). It has a very refreshing citrus scent that is soothing. It lathers well, and I think it's perfect for the coming season.
I only used it on my body. The scent was nice. It had a bright, refreshing citrus scent and a mandarin orange scent. It left my skin feeling refreshed and the foam rinsed off easily. If it was so refreshing for my body, I thought it might be too strong for my hair. I was worried that it would dry my hair out after a bath, but that wasn't the case. I imagine using it in the summer or after exercise. The hair care sample set was really good, so I hope they sell it again.
