Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The coverage is fairly strong, and it beautifully blurs redness and small pores. It doesn't look thick, so it's perfect for weekend makeup or when working from home. It's neither too glossy nor too matte, and has an excellent balance that gives the impression of moisturized, natural skin.
Just a small amount is enough to give you a good coverage! I apply a little more on areas of concern. It's been a while since I've used a BB cream, but it's really comfortable to use.
The texture is a little firm, but it spreads very well and blends well with the skin. I felt that the coverage was decent. I find this one product not enough, so I use it after applying a good foundation. I was a little concerned about my makeup coming off.
I'm a repeat customer. I switched from No. 20 to No. 10, and it brightened my complexion nicely without leaving a white cast. I have rash marks all over my face, like blemishes, and this one product is very helpful in covering them up nicely. Even though I have dry, sensitive skin, I've never had any skin problems with this BB cream. Applying too much can make it feel too thick, so I first squeeze it out on the back of my hand, warm it up with the pads of my fingers, and then apply it little by little, patting it with my fingers. It's waterproof, but it comes off easily when I sweat (my handkerchief turned brown), so I only use it during the cold season.
I had heard that the cream was hard and difficult to spread, so I was prepared for that, but it was fine as I spread it on the back of my hand and then dabbed it on my face. It gave a beautiful finish. However, it's not suitable for dry skin. After about an hour, my cheeks felt a little tight, and it was itchy when my hair touched them, and by the end of the day, my cheeks were itchy. When I looked closely at my cheeks in the mirror, they were dry and looked like cracked mochi. It's a shame. It might be suitable for people with oily skin, and the initial finish was beautiful, so I'd give it about 3 stars.
